Expressive Arts Therapy

Expressive Arts Therapy is an integrative approach driven by the belief that everyone deserves a place and space to grow and develop into the people they aspire to be. It provides a safe and non-judgmental environment to help discover their true self. In Expressive Arts Therapy sessions, people explore one’s feelings and issues through play, art-making and ritual.
